Working closely with clients, Fischer Maintenance Services has amassed long term relationships with customers such as healthcare [including PFI’s] working on behalf of local authorities, commercial office developments and educational establishments.

 

Founded in 2007, the company has refurbished and maintained commercial buildings, hospitals and schools working with a number of architects, FM companies, hospital trusts and building companies on a wide range of refurbishment and maintenance contracts. Over the years the business has expanded by staying true to the core philosophy of the management team; approaching every project with fresh dedication, commitment and passion.

 

The company’s acknowledged integrity has been created through a commitment to building enduring working relationships and the development of a dedicated team of multi trade and specialist engineers. This has resulted in a stable, reliable workforce, enabling Fischer Maintenance Services to focus on delivering results and ensuring customer satisfaction. The core team of multi and specialist trades have responsibility to ensure works undertaken comply with their function standards and best practices. This team promotes the company with being able to negotiate and resolve issues at all levels and possess the organisational skills to ensure works are conducted to meet the client’s requirements for a successful completion.

 

Its contracts range in size and complexity from smaller £50,000 projects through to million pound installations with each receiving the same level of quality service and dedication. It prides itself on delivering projects on time and on budget which is achieved via careful project management.

 

Fischer Maintenance Services are accredited in Fire prevention and safety and is awarded the “Exova BMTrada” trademark for the installation, service and repair of fire doors. It specialises in all areas of fire safety and fire management as defined by the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Regulations and Healthcare HTMs/HBNs.

 

The company has also grown its presence in the Facilities Management arena. Fischer Maintenance is privileged to be the trusted partner to many high profile organisations who are confident in ensuring that operations are completed in a fully compliant manner.

Elsewhere its vast experience in the construction field has enabled it to develop and implement robust systems and processes to ensure safety whilst maintaining a focus on customer requirements and ensuring a timely delivery.

 

Proudly, the business’s flexibility has enabled it to deliver a vast array of projects across the complex operations for a broad spectrum of building and infrastructure requirements, including a long standing association with UCLH carrying out a wide range of contractual works. In addition they have carried out numerous remedial works for various healthcare contracts ranging from small works, projects, supply & erection of scaffolding and various complete fire door replacement including specialised Theatre Door installations.

Fischer Maintenance also undertake Lifecycle works associated to the PFI’s including total replacement of flooring, stair nosing’s, shower and bath cubicles and complete bed bay refurbishments.

This has enabled to make Fischer Maintenance Services to become a leader in fire compliance, lifecycle work, maintenance and emergency scaffolding for commercial buildings, hospitals, educational and local authority buildings.​

 

Recent Projects:

Works included the installation of replacement of all fire doors, fire compartmentation and the upgrade of fire alarms system to L3 status.
